The National Redress Scheme provides acknowledgement and support to people who experienced child sexual abuse in institutions across Australia.

The Redress Support Services are available for people who have experienced sexual abuse as children (under the age of 18 years) in institutional contexts before the commencement of the Redress Scheme on 1 July 2018.

The Australian Government set up the National Redress Scheme to provide redress to people who have experienced institutional child sexual abuse.

Relationships Australia South Australia has been funded to provide support to people contemplating or going through the National Redress Scheme. More information in our brochure here. We are also funded to provide support to people engaging with the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability.
